Higher education institutions are accountable for recalibrating education systems to enhance social cohesion and entrepreneurial skills which generate value creation for economy, culture and society. The paper attempts to model the processes needed to transform the teacher-centred learning (TCL) into student-centered learning (SCL) based on the well-known SIPOC (Supplier-Inputs-Process-Outputs-Customers) technique from the quality management domain. The research methodology was built on two objectives: i) qualitative research on the academic literature to capture main findings of the new concept of student-centred learning (SCL); ii) modeling the processes needed to transform the conventional learning approach into innovative teaching and active learning approach (SCL). Finlay, based on SIPOC diagram map, the author proposed an integrated view on the sequence of steps and interrelated tasks for collaborative and personalized digital learning experiences, and other relevant aspects for effective governing the process model.
