Concept of Online Distance Learning System on Sustainable Development in the Cross-border Region.

The paper contains a description of applications of information and communication technologies for the creation of learning content and methods of its adaptation for distance learning. A concept for an on-line distance learning system of a program for sustainable development of tourism in the cross-border region Bulgaria-Romania has been developed and described. A self-learning approach is presented to business representatives and stakeholders, implementing expert solutions for the provision of tourist services and the development of tourist products.
