Purpose: To assess the frequency of iatrogenic ulnar nerve injury in displaced supracondylar fractures treated with closed reduction and percutaneous pinning. It is a descriptive case series. Methods and Materials: 116 patients of displaced supracondylar fracture were reviewed over a period of six months for iatrogenic ulnar nerve injury. Results: 11 out of 116 patients treated, showed signs and symptoms of iatrogenic ulnar nerve injury. All of them resolved completely. Conclusion: Iatrogenic ulnar nerve injury associated with percutaneous pinning in displaced supracondylar facture is self-resolving. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
