THE SUCCESS OF ANY ENTERPRISE DEPENDS ON HOW ITS MEMBERS IMPLEMENT ITS OBJECTIVES. THEREFORE HUMAN RESOURCE CAPABILITIES AND QUALITY ARE DEFINING RESULTS ACHIEVED BY THE ORGANIZATION. WORKING WITH PEOPLE REQUIRES TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE SENSITIVITIES OF EMOTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF EACH PERSON. PEOPLE HAVE AMBITIONS AND ASPIRATIONS. THEY NEED A MEASURE OF THEIR PERFORMANCE. THEY HAVE A MULTITUDE OF NEEDS. THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEPENDS ON FACTORS SUCH AS COMPANY SIZE, THE ROLE ATTRIBUTED TO HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES, LOCAL CONDITIONS, HISTORY OF THE ORGANIZATION, THE PROFESSIONAL SECTOR ETC. THE PAPER PRESENTS THE BASIC PROCESSES OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT, WHICH HELPS MAXIMIZE THE HUMAN CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY.
