      The article reports the plan by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services as of late August 2016 to re-allocate around 45 million dollars from the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Summer Youth Employment Program to the new Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program to support low-income youth in the state. The new program, however, will only serve young people ages 16 to 24. Also cited is the need to retain the TANF program to serve youths ages 14 and 15.
