      Aim: to review scientific literature on health promotion in the Brazilian nursing education Method: it is an integrative literature review, which included articles indexed in the databases Latin American and Caribbean Scientific and Technical Literature (LILACS) and Nursing database (BDENF) and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), published between 2002-2013. Results: we identified five articles that indicate the health promotion ideas between teachers, students and professionals of health services and health promotion practices developed during the academic nursing, pointing out weaknesses and possibilities for change in the formation of the Brazilian nurse. Conclusions: it is believed that the implementation of the expanded concept of health in nursing education can contribute to the characterization of nursing education. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

      Objetivo: analisar a produção científica sobre promoção da saúde no ensino de enfermagem brasileiro. Método: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, que incluiu artigos indexados nas bases de dados literatura científica e técnica da América Latina e Caribe (LILACS) e Base de dados em enfermagem (BDENF) e na biblioteca científica eletrônica online (Scielo), publicados entre os anos 2002 a 2013. Resultados: identificaram-se cinco artigos que sinalizam as concepções de promoção de saúde entre docentes, discentes e profissionais dos serviços de saúde e as práticas de promoção da saúde desenvolvidas durante a academia de enfermagem, apontando fragilidades e possibilidades de mudança na formação do enfermeiro brasileiro. Conclusões: acredita-se que a implementação do conceito ampliado de saúde no ensino de enfermagem possa contribuir na caracterização da formação do enfermeiro. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
