A DIMENSÃO DIDÁTICO PEDAGÓGICA DA CARTOGRAFIA NO PROCESSO DE ENSINO APRENDIZAGEM PARA O ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL. (Portuguese)

The didactic dimension of the pedagogical cartography in the teaching and learning processes for Basic Education. (English)

The present paper aims to bring forward the cartography research as mediating teaching language in topics related to the object of geography, the geographic space. Coming from the hypothesis of the importance of knowing the space to enhance understanding of geographic concepts. The learning activities using School Cartography will mediate the process. What motivated this proposal was the lack of informative teaching materials for working on specific geographic concepts related to local sphere. The focus here relies on locality, with the required scientific information for student learning process. The outlooks present physic characteristics of the urban area in the municipality of Francisco Beltrao/PR, that the teacher may use for their classes in the basic schooling level 1 and which can be put in place throughout the municipality that they desire to work on, because it is based on the topography map. Against this background data, we discuss the importance and the desirable way to understand the concepts of the students, the readers of the map. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

O presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a pesquisa sobre a Cartografia como linguagem mediando o ensino com conteúdos relacionados ao objeto da Geografia, o espaço geográfico. Partimos da hipótese sobre a importância do conhecimento do lugar para a compreensão dos conceitos geográficos. Para isso as atividades didáticas utilizando a Cartografia Escolar mediarão o processo. A problemática também está justificada pela falta de materiais didáticos (in) formativos para trabalhar conceitos específicos de Geografia na esfera local. O principal enfoque deste trabalho está na localidade, com informações científicas para o aprendizado do aluno. As representações cartográficas, selecionadas, apresentam as características físicas da área urbana do município de Francisco Beltrão/PR, que o professor pode ter como base para trabalhar no nível do Ensino Fundamental I, fundamentadas na carta topográfica. A partir desses dados delimitamos e fomentamos o caminho da pesquisa que serve de apoio para decodificar a compreensão dos conceitos do aluno, leitor do mapa. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
