      The article presents results of the Undergraduate Research Learning Outcomes and Gains (URLOG) survey of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire alumni in 205. The survey showed that alumni reported gains throughout all categories of learning outcomes, including preparation for careers or graduate schools and higher-order thinking. A majority of respondents cited that undergraduate research was a positive factor in their actual admission to employment or graduate school.
