The current research aims to identify the following: The effect of the P.E.C.S strategy on developing convergent thinking for fifth-grade literary students in philosophy and psychology. To achieve the research objective, the researchers put the following alternative hypotheses:There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who study the subject (philosophy and psychology) according to the (P.E.C.S) strategy and the average scores of the control group students who study the same subject according to the usual method in the dimensional convergent thinking test.There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who study the subject (philosophy and psychology) according to the P.E.C.S strategy) in the pre and posttests of convergent thinkin The researchers followed the experimental design with partial control, as the researchers intentionally chose the fifth literary students from the two secondary schools of Ibn Kathir to represent the experimental group (30) students and Al-Nahrain School for Boys to represent the control group (32) students, and these two schools belong to the Salah al-Din Education Directorate / Education Department Sharqat. The research sample consisted of (62) studentsThe researchers prepared a general test for convergent thinking that included (30) test items distributed on (6) skills. The paragraphs varied between multiple choice, and its validity, stability, discriminatory strength, effectiveness of wrong alternatives and its difficulty factor were confirmed.After preparing the research tool, the convergent thinking test was applied before, and the experiment began in the first semester corresponding to Sunday (10/27/2019), and ended on Thursday (1/23/20), with two sessions per week for each group, and after completing the Application of the experiment The researchers applied the research tool (the dimensional convergent thinking test) to the two research groups, and after collecting and processing data statistically using the t-test for two independent samples, the results showed the following: - 1The students of the experimental group outperformed the students of the control group in the dimensional convergent thinking test. - 2The students of the experimental group outperformed the students of the control group in the pre and post tests of convergent thinking and in favor of the post test

Small lakes are important elements of the ecosystem, especially under conditions of climate change and active water use. Studying their condition is of key importance for understanding the water balance and biodiversity of the region. This study compares remote sensing techniques for small lakes using Landsat-8, Sentinel-2, Planet and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) data. The aim of the work is to determine the most effective approach for monitoring lake conditions by analyzing the accuracy of different methods and indices. The methods used include the analysis of multispectral data such as NDWI, MNDWI and AWEI, which allow the distinction between aquatic and non-aquatic objects. The scientific significance of the study lies in assessing the potential of modern remote sensing technologies for detailed monitoring of ecosystem changes. Practical significance of the work consists in providing recommendations for sustainable water resources management and development of adaptation strategies. The research methodology included processing satellite data of different resolutions, accuracy verification using UAV reference data, and application of spectral indices for water surface mapping. Results showed that high-resolution imagery (PlanetLab data) most closely matched field observations. The spectral indices NDWI, MNDWI and AWEI showed different accuracy depending on data characteristics and lake features. The analysis confirms the effectiveness of an integrated approach using high-resolution data and spectral indices for monitoring the condition of small lakes. The practical value of the study lies in optimizing the monitoring of water bodies and maintaining their ecological sustainability

A IMPLEMENTATION OF JIGSAW LEARNING METHOD IN IMPROVING STUDENTS' SKILLS IN BAND EXTRACURICULAR ACTIIVITIES AT SMPN 34 SURABAYA: 1. The implementation of the Jigsaw learning model in the Band extracurricular at SMPN 34 Surabaya has been proven to improve students' skills. The observation results showed an increase in the average value of students' skills from 54.12 in the pre-cycle, to 71.96 in the first cycle, and 76.94 in the second cycle. This shows that the Jigsaw model is able to provide a positive impact in improving students' music playing skills gradually. 2. PThe implementation of the Jigsaw model is effective in helping students understand the material and improve their skills in playing music. Although there are some students who experience obstacles or decline in skills in certain cycles, overall, the trend of improvement is still visible. ; PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN JIGSAW DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERMPILAN SISWA PADA EKSTRAKURIKULER BAND DI SMPN 34 SURABAYA: 1. Penerapan model pembelajaran Jigsaw pada ekstrakurikuler Band di SMPN 34 Surabaya terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan siswa. Hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai keterampilan siswa dari 54,12 pada pra-siklus, menjadi 71,96 pada siklus pertama, dan 76,94 pada siklus kedua. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model Jigsaw mampu memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan bermain musik siswa secara bertahap. 2. Penerapan model Jigsaw efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami materi dan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam bermain musik. Meskipun ada beberapa siswa yang mengalami kendala atau penurunan keterampilan di siklus tertentu, secara keseluruhan, tren peningkatan tetap terlihat.

Digital Twins along the product lifecycle: A systematic literature review of applications in manufacturing ; Digital Twins along the product lifecycle: A systematic literature review of applications in manufacturing: Background: The evolution of product expectations in the era of mass customization implies an improvement and a better control of individualized creation and production processes throughout the product lifecycle. The application of the digital twin (DT) seems to be a favoured solution in this context, but its study during the lifecycle of aproduct has only been partially evoked in the literature.Methods: The purpose of this state-of-the-art article is to identify current trends of applications of the digital twin concept in the literature under two main dimensions: its nature regarding the interaction structure between digital and physical objects (defined as: Pre-Digital Twin, digital model, digital shadow, and digital twin), but also its applications, along the product lifecycle (Design, Production, Operation, Disposal). To achieve this analysis a systematic literaturereview was carried out. The publications selection was based on the presence in this of a case of application of a digital twin with a focus in the Manufacturing sector. Within this review, 188 scientific papers were compiled and analyzed.Results: Results showed that although the term digital twin is widely used, the deployment of DT technologies in manufacturing is still at an early stage as most of the digital twin applications were in fact prototypes focused on the real-time observability of the physical system, either for optimization or predictive maintenance. Moreover, regarding the product lifecycle, most of the applications have been focused on the production and operational phases whereas those at the design and disposal phases are still limited.Conclusions: This paper presents an original approach to the study of digital twins, not focusing on a single application area or lifecycle phase but which aims to establish future perspectives on the use of digital twins along the lifecycle

Mudanças na qualidade da água de uma laguna do leste fl uminense, geradas pela abertura permanente de conexão com o marResumo:O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar as mudanças na qualidade da água da laguna de Saquarema, devido à abertura permanente de sua barra, conectando com o mar. Amostragens e análises foram realizadas mensalmente por um período de um ano, mo-nitorando seis estações. Os resultados mostraram que a abertura da barra não contribuiu consideravelmente para a melhora na qualidade da água da Lagoa de Saquarema. Embora a concentração de alguns nutrientes tenha diminuído, a comparação entre as formas do nitrogênio mostrou que o amônio apresenta-se elevado em relação ao nitrito e nitrato, indicando que os aportes de esgotos ainda impactam o ambiente.Palavras-chave: qualidade de água, laguna de Saquarema, nutrientes dissolvidosAbstractThe objective of this work was to evaluate the changes in the water quality of the Saquarema lagoon, attributable to the perennial opening of a sand bar, connecting it with the sea. Sampling and analyses were carried out monthly for the period of one year, monitoring six sampling stations. the results showed that the sand bar opening did not considerably contributed with the improvement of Saquarema lagoon water quality. Pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata) is a plant commodity that has the opportunity as an alternative food crop. Various efforts have been made to increase pumpkin production, such as by developing plant cultivation techniques. The use of mulch and organic fertilizers can be a solution to increase production while implementing sustainable agriculture. This study aimed to determine the response to the use of various types of mulch and the application of various types of organic fertilizers on the growth and yield of pumpkin plants. This study used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with the first factor being the type of mulch (plastic mulch, organic mulch, and without mulch) and the second factor being the type of organic fertilizer (compost, cow manure, and no organic fertilizer). The results showed that the interaction of treatment using mulch and applying organic fertilizer was significantly different on vegetative growth, especially at the age of 6 and 8 Weeks after Planting (WAP), but not significant for pumpkin fruit yields. Separately, organic fertilizers have more effect on the growth and yield of pumpkin plants than the use of various types of mulch. In addition, plastic mulch treatment with compost had the highest stem diameter growth, number of leaves, and number of branches. Then the treatment of organic mulch with compost has the highest productivity estimation results. Separately, compost was also able to produce the highest number of fruits (113 pieces/plot) and the highest estimated productivity (13.19 tons/ha).
