نبذة مختصرة : This study evaluated the effect of high-quality nursing (HQN) combined with enteral nutrition support (ENS) on patients with acute pancreatitis (AP). Patients were divided into two groups: a control group (routine care) and an experimental group (HQN plus ENS). Outcomes assessed included hospitalization time and cost, hematuria amylase recovery, nutritional and immune indicators (total protein, prealbumin, albumin, CD4+ T cells, CD4+/CD8+ ratio, WBC), inflammatory markers (IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, CRP), severity scores (APACHE II, CT), psychological status (SAS, SDS), quality of life (SF-36), and nursing satisfaction. The experimental group showed significantly shorter hospital stays and lower costs (P<0.05), improved nutritional and immune profiles (P<0.05), reduced inflammatory markers (P<0.05), and better clinical scores. Additionally, anxiety and depression scores decreased while quality of life and nursing satisfaction increased significantly compared to controls (P<0.05). These findings demonstrate that HQN combined with ENS effectively improves clinical outcomes, immune function, psychological well-being, and prognosis in AP patients, supporting its clinical application. .
