نبذة مختصرة : The work describes theoretical aspects of study of the definition and content of educationalservices. It is shown that the educational program of the University is a collectionof educational services and educational complex, aimed at changing the training orthe educational level of the consumer of the labour market and provided with the necessaryresources of a given educational organization. ; В статье раскрыты теоретические аспекты исследования понятия и содержания образовательных услуг. Показано, что образовательная программа вуза это набор образовательных услуг, разработанный образовательный комплекс, направленный на изменение профессиональной подготовки или образовательного уровня потребителя рынка труда и обеспеченный необходимыми ресурсами данной образовательной организации.
