      The digital transformation of the banking sector has significantly impacted the way banks operate and the role of their employees. Digital technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence (AI), mobile banking, and machine learning have reshaped customer service, data management, and operational processes. These changes have, in turn, influenced the job satisfaction of employees working in the banking sector. While digitalization can improve productivity, offer new career opportunities, and enhance work-life balance, it also introduces challenges such as job insecurity, stress, and skill gaps. This paper explores the dual effects of digitalization on employee satisfaction, highlights the challenges faced by the workforce, and provides strategies for enhancing job satisfaction amid technological changes.
