نبذة مختصرة : This research intends to examine the influence of work-life balance on turnoverintention, examine work stress on intention to change jobs, and the influence of jobsatisfaction on turnover intention. And analyze the influence of work life balance, workstress, and job satisfaction simultaneously on turnover intention at UD. Artho, MojokertoCity. Data were analyzed using the multiple regression analysis method, with a samplesize of 45 employees. The analysis findings show that work stress has a positive andsignificant influence on turnover intention, while work-life balance has a negative andsignificant influence.
