نبذة مختصرة : This research is a type of quantitative research conducted at CV. Sumber Waras Sukses. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work-life balance andwork environment on employee engagement through employee job satisfaction at CV. Sumber Waras Sukses. The data collection method in this research is using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. Thus, the population and sample in this study are all employees of CV. Sumber Waras Sukses totaling 95 people. The data testing technique in this research uses validity test data analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, and path analysis. Based on the research results, the conclusions obtained are: (1) Organizational Commitment, Perceived Organizational Support, and Work Environment have a significant simultaneous influence on Employee Retention, proven by the significance value of 0.00<0.05. (2) Organizational Commitment has a significant partial influence on Employee Retention, proven by the significance value of 0.013 <0.05. (3) Perceived Organizational Support has a significant partial influence on Employee Retention, proven by the significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (4) Work Environment has a significant partial influenceon Employee Retention, proven by the significance value of 0.011 > 0.05.
