Author: Barbora Svobodová Supervisor: PhDr. Ivana Vláčilová, Ph.D. Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after osteosynthesis of proximal tibia fracture Objectives: The main objective of the theoretical part of the thesis was to briefly introduce the issue of proximal tibia fractures with a focus on their treatment options, including subsequent rehabilitation intervention. The main objective of the practical part of the thesis was to create a case report, which included both the initial and final examination and a detailed description of individual therapeutic units with subsequent evaluation of the effect of therapy. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis was developed based on the sources listed in the list of used literature. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis was developed based on continuous professional practice at the Faculty Thomayer Hospital in Krč. The therapeutic methods used are based on the knowledge and skills acquired during the bachelor studies of physiotherapy. Results: The theoretical part described the issues of proximal tibia fractures, including their possible treatment. Hlavním cílem praktické části bylo vytvoření kazuistiky, kdy předmětem bylo jednak vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a taktéž detailní popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek s následným zhodnocením efektu terapie.
