Capgirem l'aula de FOL! L'aula inversa i la motivació de l'alumnat

El treball que presentem pretén analitzar el paper de la metodologia d'aula inversa en la motivació i interès d'un grup d'estudiants de formació i orientació laboral de tres cicles formatius d'un centre públic. A més a més de proposar algunes pautes i eines d'aula inversa que afavoreixen l'interès per aquesta assignatura. Per fer-ho, s'ha realitzat un estudi de disseny mixt que per una banda, recull les percepcions de la docent de FOL mitjançant una entrevista, i per l'altra, analitza els resultats d'un qüestionari d'elaboració pròpia. L'enquesta s'ha passat a una mostra de 67 estudiants i té la finalitat de conèixer la seva opinió sobre el mòdul FOL i el grau de satisfacció amb la metodologia utilitzada a les classes. A grans trets, els resultats obtinguts ens diuen que l'alumnat considera que FOL és útil per la seva formació i n'està bastant satisfet. A més a més, reconeix l'efecte motivador de l'aula inversa i afirma que aprèn més i entén millor els continguts. ; The work we present aims to analyse the role of flipped classroom methodology in the motivation and interest in a group of students of Professional Training subject in three educational cycles of a public centre. At the same time, suggest some flipped classroom guidelines and tools that encourage interest in this subject. To do so, we have carried out a mixed design study that in one hand, collects the perceptions of the FOL teacher through an interview, and in the other hand, analyses the results of a self-made questionnaire. This survey is given to a sample of 67 students to know their opinion on the FOL module and their degree of satisfaction with the methodology used in the lessons. Broadly speaking, the results obtained tell us that students consider that FOL is useful for their training and are quite satisfied with it.
