Improving Teacher Competency Through Project Based Training: Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru melalui Pelatihan Berbasis Projek

The Teacher Competency Training program aims to improve competency in the areas of developing teaching materials, managing classrooms, and presenting technology-based teaching materials. This training was conducted to address teachers' limited ability to manage classrooms, develop teaching materials, and develop learning tools. The training evaluation results showed that teachers' understanding of pedagogical and professional aspects was 66.7%. Meanwhile, participants' assessment of the relevance of the training to teachers' needs was 66.7%. This means that participants stated that the teacher competency training met their needs, and the assessment of the quality of the resource persons showed excellent results, with appropriate methods and material delivery, as well as student engagement. Therefore, this training has implications for improving the quality of learning in schools and can prepare teachers to face curriculum challenges and the implementation of IT-based learning, enabling teachers to adapt to the ongoing development of educational quality.
