Subcorneal pustular dermatosis (SPD) is a rare neutrophilic condition characterized as a chronic and relapsing pustular skin eruption that usually affects the trunk in adults. Rare cases have been reported in the pediatric population. We report a 10-year-old boy who presented with recurrent pustular eruptions on his face, trunk, and extremities. Clinico-pathological correlation confirmed the diagnosis of SPD, and he was successfully treated with acitretin. This report highlights a less common presentation of SPD in a pediatric patient and reinforces the fact that SPD remains an important differential that should be considered in all patients who present with chronic and relapsing pustular lesions.
