Communication and Its Role in Managing Occupational Risks in Algerian Organizations.

تعالج هذه الدراسة دور عملية االتصال في تنفيذ اجراءات ادارة المخاطر، وهذا بالتركيز على تحليل مدى اعتماد المؤسسة الجزائرية على نظام اتصال مهني خاص بإدارة المخاطر، وتمت الدراسة بمؤسسة تطوير صناعة السيارات VIUR-EDIV، برويبة، مستعملين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد قمنا بمراجعة وثائق داخلية وقوانين خاصة بإدارة المخاطر للمؤسسة، كذلك عملنا على جمع المالحظة الميدانية بالمبنى، وأجرينا مقابلة مع رئيس مصلحة ادارة المخاطر ومنشط الوقاية، باإلضافة الى تصميم قائمة استكشاف والتي وزعناها على 60 مستخدما اتخذناهم كعينة للدراسة تم استرجاع 54 قائمة منها، وقد توصلنا الى أن مؤسسة تطوير صناعة السيارات -EDIV VIUR ال تعتمد على تصميم نظام اتصال خاص بإدارة المخاطر المهنية، وهو ما انعكس سلبا على تطبيق عملية ادارة المخاطر، وعليه فالمؤسسة بحاجة ماسة الى تصميم مخطط اتصال خاص بإدارة المخاطر، يضمن لها ايصال المعلومات والتعليمات الوقائية الى مختلف أصحاب المصالح بالمؤسسة بالنوع والكم الالزم وفي الوقت المناسب، كما يجب توفير نظام معلومات تكنولوجي إلدارة المخاطر من اجل استخدامه في الرقابة والمتابعة واتخاذ قرارات مدروسة. This study addresses the role of the communication process in implementing risk management procedures, and this focuses on analyzing the extent of the institution’s availability and reliance on a professional communication system for risk management, and the study was conducted the Automotive Industry EDIV-VIUR, Rouiba, where we used the Analytical descriptive approach. We reviewed the institution’s internal documents, laws related to risk management, collected some field observations. We interviewed the head of the Risk Management and Prevention Activator Department. Besides, designing an exploration list, which we distributed to 60 users as a sample for the study, of which 54 lists were retrieved, and we concluded that the Corporation does not rely on designing a communication system for occupational risk management, This had a negative impact on the application of the risk management process . Accordingly, the institution is in dire need of designing a communication plan for risk management, ensuring the delivery of information and preventive instructions to the various stakeholders in the right time; A technological information system must also be provided to manage risks in order to use it for monitoring, follow-up, and making informed decisions.
