      The research aimed at examining the effect of a training program in strategic thinking based on the Landa Constructivist Model for developing cognitive agility and attitude towards productive work among female students of the Faculty of Home Economics at Al-Azhar University. This research was conducted on fourth-year students in the Educational Home Economics program for the academic year 2021/2022, with an average age of 21.6 years and a standard deviation of 0.53. The Cognitive Agility Test and the Productive Work Attitude Scale were used. The research results revealed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group's pretest and post-test measurements of cognitive agility, in favor of the post-test measurement. Additionally, statistically significant differences were found between the mean scores of the experimental group's pre-test and post-test measurements of productive work orientation, in favor of the post-test measurement. The effect size of the training program on the post-test measurement of cognitive agility was 4.3, indicating a high effect size. Similarly, the effect size of the training program on the post-test measurement of productive work attitude was 4.2, also indicating a high effect size. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
