Feminine homosexualities in the context of health information systems ; Homossexualidades femininas no contexto dos sistemas de informação de saúde

Objective: to analyze the health of women who have sex with women in the context of information systems. Method: this is a temporal investigation of the issues addressed in the LGBT Health Policy (Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transvestite, transsexual and transgender), focusing on women. Data were extracted from the Department of Informatics of the Unified Health System and the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics/IBGE. Results: in the state of Ceará (CE), Brazil, there were186 cases of HIV/AIDS registered in women who have sex with women from 2006 to 2014, 77% of which are in the most populous cities. Regarding the civil union, the state of Ceará recorded 60 unions between two women, representing the highest index in the Northeast region. Conclusion: the need for effective inclusion of data from this population in the context of information systems was evidenced, as well as the need to reorganize the availability of these indicators and intensify health practices. Descriptors: Health Policy; Homosexuality, Female; Information Systems. RESUMO Objetivo: analisar a saúde das mulheres que fazem sexo com mulheres, no âmbito dos sistemas de informação. Método: investigação temporal das questões abordadas na Política de Saúde LGBT (lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, travestis, transexuais e transgêneros) com foco nas mulheres. Os dados foram extraídos do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde e do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística/IBGE. Resultados: no estado do Ceará (CE), Brasil, foram registrados 186 casos de HIV/AIDS em mulheres que fazem sexo com mulheres, no período de 2006 a 2014, sendo 77% dos casos nas cidades mais populosas. Com relação à união civil, o estado do Ceará registrou neste ano 60 uniões entre duas mulheres, representando o maior índice na região Nordeste.
