Management Model of Cost Management and Supply Chain of Ban Wang Nark’s Lovely Bantam Chicken

The objectives of this research were. - 1) to study the supply chain management of Ban Wang Nak beautiful bantam business. 2) Analyze to find a cost management model for the beautiful bantam Ban Wang Nak business. 3) Analyze the supply chain of the Ban Wang Nak beautiful bantam business, in order to acquire a knowledge model of supply chain management for the beautiful bantam Ban Wang Nak business. Participatory action research methodology (PAR) was used to designate a sample of 10 people, and the results can be summarized as follows. A study of supply chain management in Ban Wang Nak’s beautiful bantam business found that from the process of producing bantam chicks to the process of delivery to customers, required a long time. The SCOR model can be used to improve the relationship of the supply chain by analyzing to find a cost management model for the beautiful Ban Wang Nak business. This involves shortening the time in the production process to hold the final customer. As a result, entrepreneurs can generate more income for themselves and help build a network of bantam business groups in production to be sufficient to meet the needs of customers and be able to compete with competitors
