      Knowledge Management emerges from the need to adopt new management behaviors with the objective of creating the conditions to enhance the creation of new knowledge and its sharing and, for that, joins, since its genesis, to diverse areas that allowed better understanding, application, dissemination and use of information to create, in a innovation, new knowledge and how to apply it in organizational and informational spaces. In this way, traditional and contemporary authors from different areas were used in order to compose the bibliographic study necessary for this analysis. This occurred, through a brief historical context on the genesis of Knowledge Management and its relationship between different scientific disciplines (and beyond them) and its implications in the production of scientific knowledge. The results obtained made it possible to outline the profile of Knowledge Management as a science that is closely linked to other scientific disciplines with identical and different objects, characterizing its interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary nature, in addition to finding integration between different disciplines that transcend existing borders, not limited to to a single look or area of knowledge, fundamental characteristics of its transdisciplinary nature. ; La Gestión del Conocimiento surge de la necesidad de adoptar nuevos comportamientos de gestión con el objetivo de crear las condiciones para potenciar la creación de nuevos conocimientos y su intercambio y, para ello, reúne, desde su génesis, diversas áreas que permitieron una mejor comprensión, aplicación, difusión y uso de información para crear, de manera innovadora, nuevos conocimientos y cómo aplicarlos en espacios organizacionales e informativos. El objetivo de este ensayo teórico es presentar la Gestión del Conocimiento y sus paradigmas, como disciplina, en las disciplinas y más allá de ellas, a través de una comparación entre la interdisciplinariedad, la transdisciplinariedad y la multidisciplinariedad en la organización del conocimiento. ...
