      Two important events in Tunisia lately introduced major changes on the level of teaching. First is related to the efforts which the developing countries must provide them in the field TIC to reduce the digital divide following the directives of the world summit of the information society (WSIS) and the second has a bond with the reform of the higher education and the adoption of system LMD (Licence, Master, Doctorat) with an aim of modernizing the system of university diplomas and to harmonize the courses of formation on the level of the higher education with the standards and the systems most advanced. We live at the Higher Institute of Documentation, only university establishment charged to form professionals of information, great challenges to join the objectives of these two events, and this through the assured lesson and the adopted teaching methods. A commission on the level of the establishment was made up to carry out a serious work on the reform of the programs and the exploitation of information and communication technologies in the teaching practices especially that our field of information science is in perpetual evolution and largely influenced by the evolution of the TIC. The first results of work of this commission recommend the tracks of the adoption of the open formats and the free software, as well as the development and the exploitation of technologies turned towards collaborative work and remote teaching. We will present in this paper the evolution of the introduction of the lesson related to communication and information technologies on the Higher Institute of Documentation while mentioning the principal problems financial, technical and human related to this type of lesson. Then, we will present the new orientations dependent on the teaching of these technologies and their use in the improvement of the teaching methods at the Institute within the framework of the passage on system LMD. ; Deux évènements importants en Tunisie ces derniers temps ont introduit des changements majeurs au niveau ...
