¿Están satisfechas las enfermeras que trabajan en oncología-hematología pediátrica con su entorno laboral? ; Are nurses working in a pediatric Oncology - Hematology unit satisfied with their work environment?

Objetivos: Describir la percepción del entorno laboral de los profesionales de Enfermería de una planta de Oncología - Hematología de un hospital pediátrico de nivel III. Material y métodos: Estudio descriptivo transversal. Se recogió información sobre variables socio demográficas y laborales mediante el cuestionario Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index (PES-NWI) del entorno de práctica clínica. Conclusiones: Las enfermeras de la planta de Oncología-Hematología del Hospital Sant Joan de Déu (Barcelona) clasificaron su entorno laboral como favorable. ; Objective: To describe the perception of the work environment of the professional nurses working at a unit of Oncology – Hematology in a pediatric hospital at the III level. Method: Cross-sectional study. Collected Information was about sociodemographic and professional variables through the questionnaire Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index (PES-NWI).
