Análise morfológica de espaços urbanos em bacias hidrográficas : um olhar sobre o entorno de Arroio Dilúvio em Porto Alegre ; Morphological analysis of urban spaces in river basins : analyzing the surroundings of Dilúvio River in Porto Alegre

Este artigo busca apresentar reflexões acerca de estratégias de qualificação da Bacia Hidrográfica do Arroio Dilúvio, área densamente ocupada na Região Metropolitana de Porto Alegre (RMPA). Adota-se inicialmente o método de análise urbana baseado nas contribuições de percepção da cidade desenvolvida por Kevin Lynch, buscando destacar, em três trechos demarcados ao longo de suas margens, situações identificadas como críticas devido aos conflitos que geram entre a população e o meio em que se inserem. Aponta-se, ao final, para a necessária integração entre a recuperação do curso de água e sua conexão com o entorno construído e vivido. ; This paper presents some reflections on the qualification strategies of the Dilúvio River Basin, a high density area in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre. We used the urban analysis method based on the contributions of city perception developed by Kevin Lynch, seeking to highlight, in three demarcated stretches along the river’s margins, critical situations regarding conflicts between the population and the environment. At the end, we argue that there must be integration between the recovery of the watercourse and its connection with the city’s everyday life.
