Acquisition Software: UCSFTomo Upload Method: pipeline Processing Software Used: Raptor Collaborators and Roles: Strain from Martin Thanbichler Purification / Growth Conditions / Treatment: Cells grown overnight in Marine Broth (MB) medium at 30 degrees. 1:20 diluted into GAMS-P medium and incubated for 48 hr at 30 degrees. 10 ml cells were pelleted and resuspended into 10 ml MB, incubate for 5 hr at 30 degrees. Further concentration was made by pelleted down whole culture solution and resuspended into 50 ul fresh MB. Sample Preparation: Vitrobot settings: 100% humidity, 3µl sample, 10 nM BSA treated gold. -3 offset, 4 sec blot time, no drain.
