نبذة مختصرة : The object of the master's work is cybercrime as a social phenomenon and methods of combating it. The purpose of the study is to provide a conceptual understanding of the specifics and trends of development and the mechanism of international legal regulation of the fight against cybercrime. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set: 1. Describe the general theoretical foundations of the international legal regulation of the fight against cybercrime, the theoretical and legal foundations of the fight against cybercrime, the genesis of the fight against cybercrime at the international and national levels. 2 To analyze the mechanism of international legal regulation of the fight against cybercrime, universal instruments of legal regulation of the fight against cybercrime, the fight against the legalization of income obtained in the field of cybercrime. 3 To study the mechanisms for optimizing the international legal regulation of the fight against cybercrime, the features of the fight against cybercrime in the international dimension, state mechanisms for combating cybercrime and methods for improving them. In the master's work, the following methods are used: dialectical method, historical method, system method, comparative legal method, logical methods and techniques-deduction, induction, analogy, analysis, synthesis are traced throughout the implementation of the entire scientific analysis. The study concluded that there is a need for a trend in the development of the regulatory and terminological framework in the field of combating cybercrime and strengthening international cooperation in the field of combating financial and banking cybercrime. In addition, it is proposed to strengthen control over Internet users and strengthen responsibility for this type of crime.
