학위논문(석사) -- 서울대학교대학원 : 보건대학원 보건학과(보건정책관리학전공), 2023. 2. 김선영. ; Background: Since 2020, the rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has negatively affected access and use of health care services around the world (Blanchet et al., 2020; Pujolar, Oliver-Anglès, Vargas, & Vázquez, 2022). In low- and middle-income countries which already suffer from large disease burdens and scarce resources, COVID-19 has exacerbated these strains on their health care systems. The impact of COVID-19 is not equal across populations of different socioeconomic status, race, and ethnicity, exacerbating existing inequity in access to health care services (Núñez et al., 2021; Orekeke et al., 2021; Roy et al., 2021). By doing so, this study intends to seek measures to meet health care needs of individuals, who are at high risk of experiencing unmet health care needs, and to improve equity in health care access. Methods: In order to identify changes in factors associated with unmet health care needs in Peru before and after the pandemic, this study used the 2019 and 2021 National Household Survey (Encuesta Nacional de Hogares, ENAHO) conducted by the National Institute of Statistics and Information (Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática, INEI) of ...
