      Acompanha produção técnica: Principais conceitos teóricos e técnicos para a elaboração de objetos de aprendizagem digitais usando a plataforma mBlock ; The year 2020 was marked by methodological changes imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The need for teachers to innovate and improve their way of teaching intensified. It is understood that mastering and understanding new methodological practices has become mandatory among teachers working in Basic Education. In view of this and seeking to integrate the model of Technological and Pedagogical Content Knowledge (CTPC), Digital Educational Technologies (TED) and/or Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC), Digital Culture competence (BNCC, 2017), as well as its dimensions and sub-dimensions, the present research aims to offer an online course through the Institutional Moodle Platform of UTFPR to a target audience of Basic Education teachers. The course deals with the development of digital Learning Objects (LOs) using block programming offered by the mBlock platform, analyzing its possible adaptability in different contents and school subjects. The methodology developed in the project seeks to equip Basic Education teachers working in Elementary School - Final Years and High School, proposing a greater integration between digital educational technologies and teaching-learning processes. It is believed that promoting greater digital proficiency among Basic Education teachers may be the way to meet the educational needs imposed by the new generations of increasingly interactive, restless and technological students. The study revealed that after taking the online course proposed in this research, teachers expressed interest in adding the mBlock platform to their classes and school content at different levels of Basic Education. It is noticed that the gains and conquests provided by this methodology were of great relevance for the teachers involved.
