      The article presents a discussion of the computerization of annual immunization surveys. It states that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Immunization Division, conducts annual surveys of immunization levels in day care centers and kindergartens across the state. During the annual surveys from 1987-1988, survey evaluation was already computerized. It explains that the proposal of a computerized system was a joint effort by a program manager, a public health advisor of the Immunization Division, and a systems analyst with the Computer Services Department.
