L'asthme bronchique est une maladie bien connue et courante. Cependant, on sait moins bien que l'asthme peut également être associé à la profession. Cependant, cela est très important car les jeunes patients qui sont au milieu de leur vie professionnelle sont souvent touchés et subissent de lourdes conséquences en cas de diagnostic d'asthme professionnel. Les conséquences sont à la fols de nature sanitaire et socio-économique. Das Asthma bronchiale Ist eine allseits bekannte und häufig vorkommende Erkrankung. Weniger Wissen besteht aber darüber, dass das Asthma auch eine Assoziation zum ausgeübten Beruf haben kann. Dies Ist allerdings sehr relevant, da oftmals junge, mitten im Berufsleben stehende Patienten betroffen sind, welche bei Diagnosestellung eines Berufsasthmas weitreichende Folgen zu tragen haben. Die Folgen sind sowohl von gesundheitlicher als auch von sozloökonomischer Natur. Da die Asthmasymptomatik Inkonstant vorhanden ist und In der Anamnese entsprechende Fragen zum Beruf unter Umständen nicht gestellt werden, wird die Arbeitsplatzassoziation teilweise verkannt und somit die Diagnosestellung verzögert. In diesem Artikel möchten wir das ärztliche Bewusstsein hinsichtlich des arbeitsplatzassoziierten Asthmas schärfen, den Fokus auf das Berufsasthma und deren Abklärungsschritte setzen und schliesslich das weitere Verfahren bezüglich der Berufseignung erläutern.
