The role of student activities in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development for students of post-basic education schools in Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate of Oman.

The study aimed to identify the role of student activities in achieving the sustainable development goals among students of post-basic education schools in Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate, in accordance with Oman Vision 2040, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (301) male and female students, from the schools of the second cycle of basic education, and the results of the study showed: The reality of activating the role of student activities in achieving the sustainable development goals among students of post-basic education schools is achieved to a moderate degree, with There are statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample on the reality of activating the role of student activities in achieving sustainable development goals attributed to the gender variable in favor of female students. The study recommended the need for the Ministry of Education to integrate student activities with the sustainable development goals, and to raise awareness of the sustainable development goals and ways to achieve them through the proper employment of various school activities. هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور األنشطة الطالبية يف حتقيق أهداف التنمية املستدامة لدى طلبة مدارس التعليم ما بعد األساسي مبحافظة جنوب الشرقية، مان ُ وفقا لرؤية ع ،2040 استخدم الباحثان املنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث مت اعتماد استبانة الدراسة، وقد أتلفت عينة الدراسة من )301( طالبا وطالبة، وهم ميثلون طلبة مدارس احللقة الثانية من التعليم األساسي يف حمافظة جنوب الشرقية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: إن واقع تفعيل دور األنشطة الطالبية يف حتقيق أهداف التنمية املستدامة لدى طلبة مدارس التعليم ما بعد األساسي مبحافظة جنوب الشرقية متحقق بدرجة متوسطة، مع وجود فروقات ذات داللة إحصائية بني متوسط تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول واقع تفعيل دور األنشطة الطالبية يف حتقيق أهداف التنمية املستدامة تعزى إىل متغري اجلنس لصاحل الطالبات )اإلانث(. وأوصت الدراسة على: ضرورة اهتمام وزارة الرتبية والتعليم بدمج األنشطة الطالبية مع أهداف التنمية املستدامة، والتوعية أبهداف التنمية املستدامة وسبل حتقيقها من خالل التوظيف السليم لألنشطة املدرسية املختلفة.
