Future anxiety and its relationship to some variables among lecturers from the prevailing colleges in the Directorate of Education in Kirkuk.

The phenomenon of future anxiety constitutes a fundamental problem because of its negative effects on the personality of the lecturer and his psychological and social compatibility. This stage raises many questions for the lecturer, which raises their concern about the unknown future and the failure to achieve their ambitions, goals and dreams for the future. The aim of the current research is to identify the level of future anxiety among the lecturers, to identify the significance of the differences in the level of future anxiety according to the gender variable (male - female), and specialization (scientific - human), and the research sample includes (261) lecturers (male and female). The researcher uses the scale prepared from Before the league (2018), the validity and apparent honesty of the tool are found by submitting it to a committee of experts. The stability is found by re-testing. The data are treated statistically by means of the statistical package (SPSS) used in educational and psychological research, and after processing the data statistically, the results shows that the level of future anxiety among the lecturers is high, and there is no statistically significant difference according to the variable of gender (males - females) and specialization (scientific - human). In light of the findings of the research, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

تشكل ظاهرة قلق المستقبل مشكلة أساسية لما لها من آثار سلبية على شخصية المحاضر وشخصيته التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي . هذه المرحلة تثير العديد من التساؤلات بالنسبة ل محاضر، مما يثير قلقهم بشأن المستقبل المجهول والفشل في تحقيقه تحقيق طموحاتهم وأهدافهم وأحلامهم للمستقبل. الهدف من الحالي يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى قلق المستقبل لدى المحاضرين، والتعرف عليه أهمية الفروق في مستوى قلق المستقبل تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة متغير الجنس (ذكر - أنثى)، والتخصص (علمي - إنساني)، وال وتضم عينة البحث (261) مدرساً ومدرساً. يستخدم الباحث المقياس المعد من قبل الدوري (2018) صدقه وظاهره ويتم التأكد من صدق الأداة من خلال عرضها على لجنة من الخبراء. ال تم العثور على الاستقرار عن طريق إعادة الاختبار. ويتم التعامل مع البيانات إحصائيا عن طريق الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) المستخدمة في البحوث التربوية والنفسية، و وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا أظهرت النتائج أن المستوى مستقبلي القلق لدى المحاضرين مرتفع، ولا يوجد دلالة إحصائية الفرق باختلاف متغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث) والتخصص (علمي - إنساني). وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث عدد من وتم تقديم التوصيات والمقترحات.
