The Requirements for Employing Educational platforms in Public Education Schools in the Sultanate of Oman from the Point of View of School Principals and their Assistants, Teachers, and Computer Technicians.

This study sought to determine the requirements for employing educational platforms in public education schools in the Sultanate of Oman from point of view of the school principals and their assistants, teachers, and computer technicians. In order to achieve its objectives and answer its questions, the researcher used the descriptive approach by constructing a questionnaire addressed to government school principals and their assistants, teachers, and computer technicians in the educational governorates (Muscat - North Al Batinah - Al Dakhiliyah - North Al Sharqiah). Where the study sample consisted of (432) individuals, and the results showed a very high degree of approval of the necessary requirements mentioned by the study to employ educational platforms. The general average of the paragraphs and areas of these requirements was (4.48), and all areas came with a very high degree of agreement, as all the averages of the fields exceeded (4.3), which confirms the importance of these requirements from the point of view of the sample. The results also showed the absence of statistically significant differences due to the respondent’s gender, educational level and job title on the study sample members’ estimates of the level of requirements contained in the study while statistically significant differences appeared due to the number of years of experience of the respondent. The sample members with experience (19 years and above) indicated that they have a higher level of (human and technical requirements) necessary to employ electronic educational platforms in the educational process in public education schools in the Sultanate of Oman. هدفت الدراسة تحديد متطلبات توظيف المنصات التعليمية بمدارس التعليم العام بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومساعديهم والمعلمين وفني الحاسب الآلي، ولتحقيق أهدافها والاجابة على أسئلتها استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي من خلال بناء استبانة موجهة لمديري المدارس الحكومية ومساعديهم، والمعلمين، وفني الحاسب الآلي في المحافظات التعليمية )مسقط- شمال الباطنة- الداخلية- شمال الشرقية(، حيث تألفت عينة الدراسة من ) 432 ( فر د ا، وأظهرت النتائج وجود درجة موافقة عالية جدا على المتطلبات اللازمة التي أوردتها الدراسة لتوظيف المنصات التعليمية؛ إذ بلغ المتوسط العام لفقرات ومجالات هذه المتطلبات ) 4.48 ( وبنسبة مئوية بلغت ) 89.6 %(، كما جاءت جميع المجالات بدرجة موافقة عالية ج د ا، حيث تجاوزت جميع متوسطات المجالات ) 4.3 ( مما يؤكد أهمية هذه المتطلبات من وجهة نظر العينة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى جنس المستجيب ومستواه التعليمي ومسماه الوظيفي على تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى المتطلبات الواردة في الدراسة، في حين ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى عدد سنوات خبرة المستجيب؛ إذ أشار أف راد العينة ممن خبرتهم ) 19 سنة وأعلى( إلى وجود مستوى أعلى لديهم من ) المتطلبات البشرية والمتطلبات التقنية( اللازمة لتوظيف المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية بمدارس التعليم العام بسلطنة عمان، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، أهمها انشاء بيئة تكنولوجية تحتية تشمل تزويد المدارس بالاجهزة وملاحقاتها وايصال خدمة ا لإنترنت إلى جميع المدارس والتي قد تسهم في التوظيف الأمثل للمنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية بمدارس التعليم العام بسلطنة عمان.
